After qualifying as a veterinary nurse in 2009, Laura spent 6 years working in the Highlands in a first opinion and orthopaedic referral practice. During her time there Laura gained the DipHE in Clinical Veterinary Nursing in 2014 and went on to achieve the Diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing in 2015. She then spent 4 years in the Yorkshire Dales working in a first opinion and referral hospital.
Laura joined Veterinary Specialists Scotland in September 2020. She enjoys surgical nursing and intensive care cases.
In her spare time Laura enjoys walking, cycling, reading and baking cakes.
