We are always available 24 hours a day for patients who have been referred to us and are currently under our care.
Our Christmas and New Year office hours may vary, on all other public or bank holidays, we will be open as normal. Referring vets should visit the Referrals page for guidance on routine and emergency referral processes.
As a Specialist hospital, we can only accept requests for appointments from referring veterinary surgeons rather than from owners direct. This allows us to receive all the relevant clinical history and test results prior to an appointment. We will inform the referring veterinary surgeon of the outcome of a pet’s attendance at the hospital and will work with them to provide any ongoing care and support.
