New Advice Request

To submit an advice request please complete the form and press submit. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail and your request will be passed to the relevant department. Alternatively, you can download an editable pdf (see below) and email to us ([email protected]). If sending this way, the recommended maximum information is  10MB (50MB using on-line form).

We will contact you directly to discuss your request further.

We endeavour to return all non-urgent advice calls as promptly as we can subject to in patient demands and caseload. If you require urgent advice or have an emergency case then please call 01506 888 777 and we will return your call as soon as possible the same day.

Please note: This form must be completed by Veterinary Surgeons only.

Unfortunately we cannot accept dermatology advice requests currently.
