Arrange a Referral

We are available 24 hours for patients who have been referred and are under our care.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept new referrals outside our normal working hours (8.30am – 6.00pm, Mon – Fri).

• Emergencies: We aim to see within 24 hours. To make an emergency referral please call 01506 888 777.
• Urgent: We aim to see within 48 hours.
• Routine: We aim to see as soon as possible.

In many cases, when a case is referred, it is not possible or in the patient’s best interests to perform all the necessary diagnostic tests and procedures in a single day. This will mean that your client’s pet may need to be hospitalised overnight or that they may need to return for specific procedures.
