Client Accounts Advisor
Lisa joined VSS in September 2020 originally starting in our Client Care Team, meeting and greeting clients when they visited the hospital and answering calls and emails from our clients and referring vets, moving to Client Accounts team in 2021.
Lisa has vast experience in customer facing ,administration roles and has been known to be the unofficial team IT advisor.
Currently Lisa is enjoying doing her Veterinary Terminology course through SRUC and hopes to do more courses in the future.
Lisa lives with her husband and dog Charlie who has a massive character and is well known within the hospital. In her spare time, she enjoys cuddles on the couch with Charlie , crafting , binge watching a good show and spending time with family.
