Caroline Colquhoun

Caroline joined VSS in December 2022, her first foray into the veterinary world starting in our Client Care team and then around 6 months later moving to the client accounts team

Caroline has many years of customer care experience and administrative roles and loves helping people whether it be her customers or colleagues, she is currently working on sharpening up her veterinary terminology through an online course with SRUC to help with her conversations with referring vets and owners and to give her some extra insight when submitting insurance claims.

Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 adult children whenever possible, going to concerts, reading, walking, binging tv shows and hanging out with her cockapoo, Phoebe and mad cat Dave.
