Joana Pontes

Joana graduated from the Veterinary Faculty of Lisbon University where she worked as an ultrasonographer for many years. In 2018 she moved to the UK for a Diagnostic Imaging internship at Davies Referral Specialists. On completion of a second internship in Imaging at the Dick Royal Veterinary School Edinburgh, she joined the imaging team at Ghent University as a resident. She joined VSS in August 2023
