PDA £4,000
PDA (Patient Ductus Arteriosus) includes
- Assessment by our specialist led cardiology team.
- Assessment by our specialist led Anaesthesia team.
- Biochemistry & electrolytes blood analysis if required

- Minimally invasive closure of the PDA

Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy (TPLO) £4,350

All TPLO cases will be accepted immediately and will be seen via a consultation within 2 working days of referral, unless we encounter unforeseen circumstances, in which case the earliest appointment will be offered. Terms and conditions apply, available upon request.

Elective Femoral Head and Neck Excision - Unilateral £3,500
Includes:
- Initial consultation
- Sedation for x-rays as required.
- Surgery and medications.
- Anaesthesia and associated pain medication.
- Hospitalisation as required (typically up to two days following surgery).
- Discharge with up to 14 days of medication.

Total Hip Replacement
First visit: Initial evaluation £2000
First Visit Includes:
- Initial consultation.
- Anaesthesia for x-rays and CT scans as required to confirm the diagnosis and plan surgery.
Second visit: Surgery £7500
Second Visit Includes:
- Surgery,
- Implants, and medications.
- Anaesthesia and associated pain medication.
- Post-operative x-rays or CT scan.
- Hospitalisation as required (typically up to two days following surgery).
- Discharge with up to 14 days of medication and a support sling.
- Follow-up consultation with anaesthesia or sedation and x-rays at 8-10 weeks.

Medial Patella Luxation (MPL) - £3,800
Includes:
- Initial consultation
- Sedation/anaesthesia for pre-operative radiographs as required
- Anaesthesia and surgery, including implants
- Hospitalisation as required
- Discharge with up to 14 days of medication
- Follow-up consultation with sedation and x-rays (if necessary) at 8-10 weeks

Grade I Fracture (Simple) - £4,500** - Unilateral Simple low risk fracture such as mid diaphyseal 2-piece fracture, physeal fracture/slip, tibial tuberosity avulsion.
Includes:

- Radiographs pre & post operative (day of surgery)
- General Anaesthetic · Surgery · Up to 2 nights Hospitalisation
- Discharge with up to 2 weeks short course of medication* if required.
- 1x Post op check – Follow up assessment 6-8 weeks post-surgery (including sedation and radiographs if required)
Grade II Fracture (Intermediate) - £5,500** - Unilateral Intermediate fracture complexity, such as lateral humeral fracture, simple unilateral Ilial fracture, complexity intermediate long bone fracture, SI Luxation.
Includes:
- Consultation
- Radiographs pre & post operative (day of surgery)
- General Anaesthetic
- Surgery
- Up to 2 nights Hospitalisation
- Discharge with up to 2 weeks short course of medication* if required.
- 1x Post op check– Follow up assessment 6-8 weeks post-surgery (including sedation and radiographs if required)
Grade III Fracture (Complex) - £6,500** - Unilateral Complex fractures e.g. Unilateral pelvic fractures or pelvic fracture and concurrent SL luxation, complex comminuted long bone fracture.
Includes:
- Consultation
- Radiographs pre & post operative (day of surgery) or CT (fracture site only)
- General Anaesthetic
- Surgery · Up to 4 nights Hospitalisation
- Discharge with up to 2 weeks short course of medication* if required.
- 1x Post op check– Follow up assessment 6-8 weeks post-surgery (including sedation and radiographs if required)
Grade IV Fracture (Highly Complex) - £7,500** - Unilateral Highly complex fracture such as Y or T humeral bicondylar fracture.
Includes:
- Consultation
- Radiographs pre & post operative (day of surgery) or CT
- General Anaesthetic
- Surgery
- Up to 4 nights Hospitalisation
- Discharge with up to 2 weeks short course of medication* if required.
- 1x Post op check– Follow up assessment 6-8 weeks post-surgery (including sedation and radiographs if required)
*Medication covered in the packages are pain relief (paracetamol and NSAID) and a short course of antibiotic if indicated.

BOAS including CT £4,500
Includes consultation, GA, CT, imaging report, fluids, advanced multi-level surgery and drugs, and up to 2 nights’ hospitalisation.
Not including medication on discharge
TECA (not including CT) Unilateral £3,200
Includes consultation, external ear canal assessment under anaesthesia, total ear canal ablation and bulla osteotomy and up to 2 nights’ hospitalisation.
Not including Histopathology or Medication on discharge.
Laparoscopic Ovariectomy (Lap Spay) £750
Includes:
- Consultation,
- Anaesthesia,
- Surgery
- Hospitalisation (overnight if required)
Post-operative medications are NOT included.
