Laura Urtane

Laura joined VSS as Client Care Manager, bringing a strong background in customer service and the veterinary sector.

She began her career as a Customer Service Advisor, where she developed strong communication and client care skills, before moving into a busy first opinion veterinary practice and gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Laura holds a Business Management degree from Edinburgh Napier University and has a genuine passion for both people and animals, which naturally led her to her role at VSS.

Outside of work, Laura has her hands full with her own bunch of Pomeranians, a cat and rabbits who keep her busy. She also does photography in her spare time.
