Clinician in Neurology - Residency Trained
Alexandra qualified from the University of Evora in Portugal in 2005 and soon after developed a keen interest in Neurology. In 2008, she moved to the UK and in 2011 started her Residency training. Since then, she has worked in private practice and at the University of Bristol until she joined Veterinary Specialists Scotland in October 2020. Alexandra has a particular interest in neurosurgery.
Outside of work, she is a keen photographer and dancer. She is the proud mum of a senior cat called Sushi and a deaf dog called Sashimi that enjoy keeping her busy at home.
