Ana Fernández Gallego
Lda vet, MSc, AFHEA, Dip ECVIM-CA (Internal Medicine)
Ana graduated from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2014. After graduation she completed a small animal rotating internship in Barcelona. She then worked in a referral hospital for several years before moving to the UK in 2019. She completed rotating and medicine specific internships at the University of Edinburgh, staying on for a medicine residency, obtaining specialist status in 2024. She joined VSS in April 2025 as an internal medicine specialist. Outside of work, Ana loves spending time outdoors, swimming, travelling and reading.
