Anne graduated in Veterinary Medicine from University College Dublin, Ireland and spent several years working in Small Animal Practice in the UK and Zimbabwe before deciding to specialize in Veterinary Cardiology. She obtained UK and European Cardiology qualifications and completed a PhD while based as a lecturer/senior lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. In 2012 she moved to the University of Glasgow and whilst there was appointed Professor of Veterinary Cardiology, Head of the Department of Small Animal Sciences, Clinical Director of the Small Animal Hospital and completed an executive MBA. Anne has spent the last two years as Head of the Clinical Sciences Department at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St Kitts. She has considerable experience as a clinical veterinary cardiologist and has also lectured extensively. She is interested in all aspects of Veterinary Cardiology.
