Chelsey Taylor
RVN
Chelsey qualified as an RVN with distinction in 2025, after working at a busy first opinion hospital in England for 5 years. Throughout her training Chelsey thoroughly enjoyed developing her knowledge and nursing more complex cases in the hospital. Due to this, she decided to make the move into referral nursing and joined the VSS team as a multi-disciplinary nurse in February 2026. Chelsey is excited to rotate through the various specialist disciplines, expanding her knowledge and ability to deliver gold-standard nursing care to her patients. Chelsey is particularly interested in medicine and feline-friendly nursing, alongside advocating for correct husbandry and care standards for hamsters.
Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys exploring the outdoors and is very excited to experience all that Scotland has to offer. She also enjoys being tucked up at home with her two mischievous black cats, Luna and Bandit, and reading or working on embroidery projects.
