Diagnostic Imaging Resident
Marta graduated from the University of Zaragoza and worked in a first opinion clinic in Spain for two years before moving to the UK. Then for a few years, she worked in very busy first opinion Hospitals in East Anglia and Cambridgeshire where her interest and skills in Diagnostic Imaging developed, obtaining a General Practitioner Certificate in Diagnostic Imaging in 2019.
She then performed a one-year rotating internship in a referral hospital in South London in 2021. Afterwards, she moved to Scotland in 2023 to join VSS for a one-year specific diagnostic imaging internship before starting a diagnostic imaging residency in 2024.
In her spare time, she enjoys doing sports in nature like trail running, skiing and hiking. Besides, she loves playing and watching team sports such as rugby and basketball and spending time with her cats Gandalf and Merlin.
