Penny Fraser
Operations Manager
Penny started her career in 1991 as a receptionist in a large mixed first opinion practice, after a few years progressing to Head Receptionist overseeing 3 branches. In 2006 she moved to a referral hospital as Client Care Manager spending 15 years managing small animal, farm and equine reception teams.
Penny joined VSS in December 2020 as Human Resources and Client Care Manager, supporting the hospital, leading the Client Care Team and working closely with the Client Accounts Manager. In 2022 Penny moved into the role of Operation Manager and joining the Senior Leadership Team.
Penny lives with her husband, daughter and working cocker spaniel. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym and long dog walks.
