Penny Fraser

Penny joined VSS in December 2020 as Human Resources and Client Care Manager, supporting the hospital, leading the Client Care Team and working closely with the Client Accounts Manager.

Penny has worked in client care for many years, having 15 years’ experience in a large first opinion practice and a further 15 years’ within a similar referral hospital. She thrives to ensure excellent client care is delivered at all times.

Penny lives at home with her husband and daughter. In her spare time she enjoys running. She has recently added a working cocker spaniel to her family.
