Business Relationship Manager
Rachel joined the Veterinary Specialists Scotland team in January 2026 as Business Relationship Manager. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion. Rachel’s professional journey began in the equestrian world, where she dedicated many years to her career.
Over time, she realised she wanted to explore new opportunities that would allow her to combine her love for animals with her desire to connect with people. This led her to transition into the 5-star hospitality industry before ultimately finding her true calling within the veterinary sector.
Through her hard work and determination in the veterinary field, Rachel advanced from Receptionist to the Practice Director of a busy, multi-site, mixed first-opinion practice. Her goal has always been to create a better world for pets by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, clients and patients. She is committed to building upon existing relationships and forging new ones to facilitate comprehensive, breakthrough, and world-class veterinary care.
In her spare time, Rachel remains a passionate supporter of all things equestrian. She is also a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and thoroughly enjoys both training and competing. Additionally, she holds a Class 1 HGV licence and is an avid fan of trucking.
