Skyler Fitzgerald
Day VCA
Skyler is one of our VCA’s at VSS. The animal field had always been where he wanted to have a career, and prior to joining VSS had worked at a small general veterinary practice and had spent 5 years volunteering with the cats protection, during which he achieved an NC in animal care, a HNC in Bioscience, a certificate in Veterinary terminology, and graduated with a BSc in applied animal science just after joining VSS in 2023.
He hopes to progress his career into veterinary nursing in the near future, with a specific interest in feline care.
Outside of work Skyler can usually be found taking his spoiled Yorkie Leni on adventures with his partner Liam, working on their garden, bingeing documentaries, and playing video games.
