Suzanne Berrie

Suzanne has always had a passion for animals and their welfare. She has previously completed a preparatory veterinary nursing course and has an HNC in animal care and an HND in the Management of Zoo and Aquarium Animals. Before joining VSS Suzanne worked as a zookeeper at Edinburgh Zoo. She was fortunate enough to work with a variety of species including birds, primates and koalas, with her favourite being penguins. In her spare time Suzanne enjoys walking (with a spot of bird watching!), and arts and crafts. While Suzanne doesn’t currently have any pets of her own, she enjoys joining colleagues on dog walks.
