Annabelle Taylor

In 2017 Annabel completed an Honours Degree in Forensic Science from Abertay University. During this time, she developed an interest in animal care, and completed a certificate in Equine Sports Massage alongside her degree. She then combined her love of science with a passion for and desire to work with animals and applied for Veterinary Nursing in 2018. She carried out her training at a mixed veterinary practice in Tain, through the College of Animal Welfare.

Once qualified she moved to a referral veterinary hospital in 2020 where she first experienced referral work in the form of Neurology, Orthopaedics and Cardiology and developed a keen interest in surgical nursing. She is now looking forward to further expanding her knowledge and experience as a surgical nurse at VSS.

Annabel enjoys keeping fit in the form of running, gym and climbing hills, and also loves going to music gigs, horse riding and spending quality time with friends.
