Lauren works as part of our Client Care Team, meeting and greeting clients at reception and answering calls and emails from our clients and referring vets.
Lauren has joined the team January of 2023. Previously completing her degree in Business Administration with Human Resource Management and gaining customer service experience working in many customer facing roles.
Her passion towards animals means she is looking forward to learning more about the veterinary world.
At home, Lauren spends lots of time with her two dachshunds Teddi and Tilly.
